Our founder Rachael began coaching individuals twenty years ago.
As the work she did in recruitment progressed to working with business leaders and owners her involvement in coaching these individuals grew. Coaching candidates throughout their career transitions became second nature, and, as with all good recruiters, she became their go to for support in transitions through life and career.
With many years of personal development, Rachael’s passion for this area was really sparked with the Tony Robbins 4 days Unleash the Power Within course back in 2005.
From there she began a lifelong love affair with the power of NLP and Personal Development.
