Small intro story

Established in 2011 by our founding Director, Rachael Fennessey, we at AspireExec deliver an insightful, forward moving and lifechanging experience in all the engagements we work with. We put our heart, minds and energy into doing the very best we can because we choose carefully who we work with, and we work with businesses and individuals we truly believe in. As such we are totally invested in the results that we collaboratively create with our business relationships. We know what we are doing and we do it well.

Whether we are helping businesses in Financial Services grow and progress by finding them the right teams and individuals, or helping individuals on their career journeys, we ensure that the journey is an honest, professional, insightful, collaborative, and supportive experience. We make it as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Rachael Fennessey

As the founder and Managing Director of Aspire Executive Search Ltd I have worked extensively within the Wealth Management arena as a recruiter and headhunter for the past 20 years. I support Business Leaders to achieve their growth strategies and business objectives. Spending time getting to know the business, and the micro and macro details to help advise and consult. I am a qualified Executive Coach and team coach, and achieve results for our clients by securing top talent in Wealth Management and helping them with their existing teams and cultures to ensure recruitment and retention are both working successfully

Jaine Brennan

With celebrated origins in high-street recruitment and a passion for financial services, I deliver unmatched service to clients and candidates. I create an environment where candidates flourish and find joy in their roles. Guiding IFAs and Wealth Planners has been immensely fulfilling. Helen Spriggs

Helen originally worked within a Sales capacity within the Financial services industry after graduating from University. This led to a career as a Financial Services Recruiter. Helen has a real passion for recruiting and understanding what it is an individual really wants. Her strengths lie in pinpointing a client’s needs and delivering great people and from a candidate perspective Helen truly listens and prides herself on offering a personable approach. Her work involves helping Financial Services businesses to grow and in assisting Financial Services professionals within the following roles: Paraplanning IFA Support Administration Financial Planners Relationship Managers Compliance File Checking and T & C Supervising Office Management (within Financial Services) Pensions and Investment Administration

Hazelle Collitta

joined the Aspire team in August 2021 and I am the Business Administrative Support of the Aspire team. My main responsibility is to ensure that the team’s administrative tasks are running smoothly and efficiently, while also providing support for other tasks that arise.

Charlotte Flaherty

Joining Aspire in 2022, I transitioned into the financial services and wealth management sector. As National Account Manager, I provide candidate and client support, guiding candidates through the recruitment process and helping clients build high-quality teams. I headhunt for the best talent in the marketplace to uncover the gold that we have built a reputation on supplying in the Financial Advice space.
